Kristine Wobig profile
“I appreciate the trust my clients place in me as we navigate the complicated workers’ compensation system during one of the most challenging times of their careers.”

Kristine is the co-chair of the workers’ compensation department at Meshbesher & Spence. She began her legal training in the workers’ compensation specialty while still in law school and has worked in the practice area ever since. She has represented the interests of her clients in all aspects of complex workers’ compensation matters before the Office of Administrative Hearings and the Workers’ Compensation Court of Appeals. Kristine has obtained favorable outcomes for hundreds of injured workers throughout her career through both the settlement process and litigation.

In addition to her work with injured workers, Kristine has also spent time representing insurance companies in the past, which provides her with unique insight into the claims process and a deep understanding of the law and what must happen for work injuries to be compensable. As part of her practice, Kristine strives to ensure that her clients are well-informed and empowered to make decisions about their livelihoods during times of uncertainty.

Outside of her legal work, Kristine enjoys spending time with her family and friends, enjoying the lakes of Minnesota, and volunteering in her community.
