As part of her practice, Lindsey is an active member of the Minnesota Association for Justice and serves on the Board of Governors. Lindsey is regularly a presenter at continuing legal education (CLE) courses on topics including No-Fault Insurance law in Minnesota, car accidents, and litigation. Additionally, Lindsey serves as a no-fault arbitrator and is certified with the American Arbitration Association. As of April 2019, she was appointed by the Minnesota Supreme Court to the No-Fault Standing Committee to oversee the arbitration process in Minnesota. Lindsey regularly handles arbitrations and mediations in her practice.

In 2022 Lindsey was named a Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association.

Lindsey and her husband Kurt live in White Bear Lake, Minnesota where they are avid water skiers. Originally from Rochester, Minnesota, Lindsey graduated from John Marshall High School and was a member of the Rochester Water Ski Team. In her spare time, she enjoys water skiing with the Midwest Ski Otters in White Bear Lake, teaching her two boys to love the water and watersports, and cheering on Minnesota sports teams.
