Rochester, Minn., October 2, 2012 — The Minnesota law firm of Meshbesher & Spence is proud to announce that Zachary C. Bauer has joined their firm.
Working in the Rochester, Minnesota office, Mr. Bauer will focus on plaintiff’s personal injury and criminal defense law. Mr. Bauer approaches his work with sensitivity and expertise, offering guidance to clients facing difficult situations. “The duty of the attorney is to shepherd their client through the legal justice system,” said Mr. Bauer. “A good lawyer offers appropriate advice and counsel while still allowing clients to make the ultimate decision on whether a resolution or trial is in their best interest.”
Mr. Bauer started his legal career as a public defender and later worked as a prosecutor in Olmsted County. Since 2006, he has worked as a private criminal defense practitioner. Over the past nine years, he has worked with over 2,000 clients. Mr. Bauer has significant trial experience and the unique perspective of working as both a defense attorney and a prosecutor. He looks forward to collaborating with Meshbesher & Spence staff on both civil and criminal cases. “Their resources will allow me to continue to secure dismissals and verdicts of not guilty for my clients,” said Mr. Bauer.
