IVC Blood Clot Device Linked to Forged Signature
The situation is growing even more grim for medical device giant C.R. Bard.
Last night, in the 2nd part of a series, NBC Nightly News questioned whether Kay Fuller’s signature was forged. Ms. Fuller, a veteran regulatory specialist, was recruited to help secure FDA clearance for the manufacturer’s Recovery blood clot thinner after their previous application was rejected.
When Ms. Fuller had reservations about the device, she was basically told not to pursue her questions further or she’d be out.
