IVC Blood Clot Device Linked to Forged Signature

The situation is growing even more grim for medical device giant C.R. Bard.

Last night, in the 2nd part of a series, NBC Nightly News questioned whether Kay Fullerโ€™s signature was forged. Ms. Fuller, a veteran regulatory specialist, was recruited to help secure FDA clearance for the manufacturerโ€™s Recovery blood clot thinner after their previous application was rejected.

When Ms. Fuller had reservations about the device, she was basically told not to pursue her questions further or sheโ€™d be out.
