A 5-year-old Spicer boy lay in the hospital Sunday night as the result of an accident when the four-wheel ATV (a 2003 Polaris Sportsman 500cc) he was operating overturned on Saturday April 2nd at around 5:15 in the evening. According to the Minnesota Department of Health, accidents or errors at St. Cloud Hospital during the 12 months ending in October 2015 caused one death and 10 serious injuries.
