"It's terrible to know that your freedom, your connection to friends and family—and your way of living—is all in jeopardy. Because of the hard place they're in, my clients deserve strong, compassionate and effective representation and for more than 20 years I've provided it."
Daniel Guerrero

Daniel Guerrero is a criminal defense attorney representing individuals throughout the state of Minnesota who have been accused of committing misdemeanors or felony offenses, including homicide and firearm offenses. He strives to advocate persuasively for his clients cause and insists they be treated fairly. Being a criminal defense lawyer is both challenging and rewarding work and Mr. Guerrero is committed to uphold the high standards of Minnesota’s criminal defense bar. His goal at the conclusion of each case is to walk out of the courtroom that final time knowing his client is in a better place, with a more positive outlook on life than where he or she was when he first met them.
