As far as a timeline for what’s going to be happening in the litigation in the near future—in August—we believe in August—the court is going to be holding a hearing to decide which lawyers are going to be doing what stuff in this litigation. That will be the first step.
Once the lawyers are appointed, there will be different committees formed, there will be—the discovery phase will begin, depositions will start to be taken, the defendant will have to start producing documents.
We’ll start the process of figuring out what Stryker knew, and when they knew it; and that is a process that will begin this fall, and will continue throughout the next year.
