Konstandinos (Gus) Nicklow is a partner with the firm of Meshbesher & Spence, Ltd. He is a trial lawyer who has been with Meshbesher & Spence, Ltd. since 1992. He is licensed to practice law in Minnesota, Wisconsin and in the United States District Court (Minnesota) and the Federal Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Nicklow practices in the area of civil & business litigation, personal injury, sexual abuse and rape. His civil and business litigation practice includes work in the areas of employment law (discrimination of all types, retaliatory discharge, wrongful discharge, sexual harassment, non-compete agreements, severance agreements), real estate litigation, contracts, defamation, fraud trade secrets, shareholder and partnership disputes, probate and estate litigation, legal malpractice and insurance claims, to name a few. His work in personal injury, sexual abuse and rape includes working with people injured in car, truck or motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, premise liability, as well as those who have been injured as a result of being sexual abused, raped, sexually assaulted or physically assaulted.
Besides his trial success, Mr. Nicklow has also reached hundreds of very favorable settlements for his clients. These includes settlements that have been in the millions of dollars. Mr. Nicklow represents both companies and individuals.
