Mr. Meshbesher is a well-known trial lawyer whose publications and lectures demonstrate his extensive experience in the courtroom as well as his extensive knowledge of civil and criminal litigation. He has authored the acclaimed Trial Handbook for Minnesota Lawyers, 1992, a leading resource for trial lawyers. He has won more than ten murder acquittals. Among the many major cases he has won are the Kronholm kidnapping case, the Congdon murder trial, the Piper kidnapping case, the Bicek bombing trial and the Dalkon Shield fraud prosecution. He has given numerous lectures to lawyers organizations including the American Bar Association; Association of Trial Lawyers of America; National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; Atlanta Bar Association Super Star Seminars, 1982-84; National College of Advocacy; and the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. In addition, Mr. Meshbesher is listed in The Best Lawyers in America (all editions), Who's Who in American Law and Who's Who in the World. He was recognized as one of "Minnesota's Winningest Trial Lawyers" and was awarded a "Minnesota's Lawyer's Judges' Choice Award" by Minnesota Lawyer in 1991.
