"The good people who come to me for legal help are often badly injured and not sure of what they should do; they are looking for both a strong advocate and someone who cares about their situation. I will listen--really listen--to understand their personal situation and then will work hard to get things done to help solve their problems."
Mark D. Streed

For nearly 25 years, personal injury lawyer Mark Streed has been an advocate for good and decent citizens, helping them assert and protect their legal rights against insurance companies and other large and powerful corporate interests.

Mr. Streed has helped people injured in car accidents and semi-tractor/trailer collisions; senior citizens injured or killed due to neglect by nursing homes and assisted living facilities; and workers injured in accidents at construction or job sites. He has also pursued liability claims against bars and restaurants for their failure to reasonably provide for the safety of their patrons and against owners of dangerous commercial property. In his work as a personal injury lawyer, Mr. Streed has represented clients with injuries as serious as traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury or severe orthopedic injury, and many with less severe injuries as well.

In urban and rural courtrooms across Minnesota and Wisconsin, Streed has won verdicts that have truly made a positive difference in his clients' lives. Along with his experienced staff, Streed represents his clients with compassion and empathy, looking out for each person's individual concerns. A Certified Civil Trial Specialist, as recognized by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (1999) and Minnesota State Bar (1995), Mark Streed has also successfully taken cases before the Minnesota Supreme Court to advocate for changes in the law that would benefit his clients and many other personal injury victims.

Mr. Streed also coaches youth baseball and basketball near his home in Eagan, MN, where he and his family attend Easter Lutheran Church.
