"The good people who come to me for legal help are often badly injured and not sure of what they should do; they are looking for both a strong advocate and someone who cares about their situation. My clients appreciate the personal attention we provide as we work to protect their rights and pursue the remedies available to them under the law, including monetary compensation. Our clients are often concerned about doing something to make a difference so to prevent a similar thing from happening to others. Through litigation, we can often identify what went wrong, and why, which leads to meaningful changes and safer ways for wrongdoers to go about their business."
Mark D. Streed

For over 30 years attorney Mark Streed has effectively served his clients as lawyer advocate, trusted adviser and counselor. Oftentimes he starts his work as their lawyer by simply listening to understand their stories and their problems. Because, in the end, what Mark Streed and his experienced staff do is help to solve their client's problems so the client and his/her family can focus on healing and recovering from their injuries, harms and losses and move on with their lives as best as they possibly can.

The people Mr. Streed represents are much like you, your family and your friends - good, decent citizens of all ages, races and walks of life - people who never asked for the unfortunate, even tragic, incident that has left their bodies broken and damaged and their lives turned into a unending series of questions and uncertainties.

Streed and his staff help by getting medical bills paid, available wage loss benefits flowing, keeping insurance companies and other big corporate interests away while you work on healing and recovering. They also immediately begin working on investigating the facts and utilizing the law to develop your case into a strong claim to recover the full compensation you deserve for the negligent actions or omissions of others.

Mr. Streed has helped people injured in car accidents and semi-tractor/trailer collisions; senior citizens injured or killed due to neglect by nursing homes and assisted living facilities; and workers injured in accidents at construction or job sites. He has also pursued liability claims against bars and restaurants for their failure to reasonably provide for the safety of their patrons and against owners of dangerous commercial property. In his work as a personal injury lawyer, Mr. Streed has represented clients with injuries as serious as traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury or severe orthopedic injury, and many with less severe injuries as well.

In courtrooms across Minnesota and Wisconsin, Streed has pursued and won claims for his clients, won successful jury verdicts and negotiated settlements that have truly made a positive difference in their lives. Along with his experienced staff, Streed represents his clients with compassion and empathy, looking out for each person's individual concerns. A Certified Civil Trial Professional, as recognized by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (1999) and Minnesota State Bar (1995), Mark Streed has also successfully taken cases before the Minnesota Supreme Court to advocate for changes in the law that would benefit his clients and many other personal injury victims. Mr. Streed is the fifth Meshbesher & Spence lawyer to serve as President of the Minnesota Association for Justice.

Mr. Streed also coaches youth baseball near his home in Eagan, MN, where he and his family attend Easter Lutheran Church.
