Konstandinos (Gus) Nicklow is partner with the law firm of Meshbesher & Spence, Ltd. He has been an attorney with Meshbesher & Spence since 1992, and is a member of the Business Litigation Team.

Mr. Nicklow handles a wide variety of business litigation cases including, but not limited to, cases involving employment discrimination, sexual harassment, theft of trade secrets, fraud, non-competition / non-solicitation agreements, shareholder/partnership disputes, consumer fraud, contract disputes, and insurance claims.

Mr. Nicklow’s largest verdict was a $5.4 million dollar verdict in a Hennepin County case where his client was put out of business as a result of fraudulent conduct by a supplier. The $5.4 million dollar verdict included an award of $1.5 million dollars in punitive damages.

Mr. Nicklow’s practice is not limited to business litigation. He also handles personal injury cases and estate / probate litigation. Mr. Nicklow has also recently handled several sexual abuse cases and has procured very favorable results for these victims of sexual abuse. Mr. Nicklow also handles cases involving professional malpractice.

Mr. Nicklow represents both plaintiffs and defendants, and has represented clients of all backgrounds ranging from multi-million dollar corporations to the homeless.

Mr. Nicklow is a member of MTLA and the Hennepin County Bar Association. He is also an active member of, and volunteer at, the St. Mary’s Greek Orthodox Church. He is also a member of the American Hellenic Education progressive Association.

Mr. Nicklow is admitted to practice law in Minnesota, Wisconsin and the United States District Court in Minnesota.
