Mr. Oistad is a trial lawyer who represents
victims of all types of accidents for personal injury claims.
The majority of his clients have had claims resulting from car
or truck collisions, although he has also litigated claims
involving construction, farm, snowmobile, defective products,
firearms, dog attacks and insurance coverage issues. Mr.
Oistad has been the managing partner of the firm's St. Cloud
office since it opened in 1991, and has also served on the
firm's Board of Directors from 1996 to 1999.
