Mr. Clifford practices specifically in the
field of personal injury litigation. He has tried cases in all
areas of personal injury and has represented numerous parties
in auto, premises liability, products liability and insurance
coverage. He has briefed and argued appellate cases in the
Minnesota Court of Appeals, the Minnesota Supreme Court and
the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Clifford has tried
numerous cases in Minnesota and North Dakota state courts and
received a verdict of $750,000 for one of his clients in a
product liability action. Mr. Clifford is also a certified AAA
Arbitrator in No-Fault Cases.
