Mr. Johnson practices exclusively in personal
injury, wrongful death, liquor liability, aviation accidents
and products liability. He dedicates his practice to
representing injured people and the families of persons killed
as a result of another's negligence. Mr. Johnson has obtained
several settlements in excess of a million dollars. He has
over 20 years of experience in all areas of personal injury,
negligence, wrongful death, liquor liability, aviation and
products liability. He is Certified as a Civil Trial
Litigation Specialist and is a frequent lecturer at legal
seminars on personal injury litigation and settlement,
insurance claims, trial and settlement tactics, proof of
losses and damages and wrongful death claims. He is a
Certified Civil Trial Specialist by NBTA and MSBA. He has been
selected as a "Leading Minnesota Attorney" by the American
Research Corporation.
