Mr. Nemo's practice focuses on mass tort,
personal injury and products liability with an emphasis on
helping people who have been injured by defective
pharmaceuticals and medical devices. He has extensive
appellate experience in both the state and federal courts
involving complex issues of federal court jurisdiction, mass
tort resolution, and bankruptcy law. Mr. Nemo has represented
thousands of people injured by medical devices such as the
Sulzer hip implant, the Copper-7 and Dalkon Shield IUDs, and
pharmaceuticals, including the Fen-Phen/Redux diet drugs,
Baycol, Permax, and Prempro. Mr. Nemo is eligible to serve as
a "Qualified Neutral", having completed requisite training in
mediation, arbitration, mediation-arbitration, mini-trial,
summary jury trial, early neutral evaluation, moderated
settlement conference and consensual special magistrate
processes. He has been with Meshbesher & Spence since 1991
and currently serves on the Firm's Board of Directors. He is
listed in Who's Who in American Law and Who's Who in the
World.

received the R. Ross Quaintance Award for Excellence in Trial
